With over 20 years of experience in education and care, Roxsanne is a seasoned and visionary leader dedicated to shaping the future of child development and learning. Throughout her career, she has consistently demonstrated her ability to forward-think, adapt, and strategically advance the organizations she leads. 

As the Senior Leader at Star Bright, Roxsanne spearheads a team of passionate professionals who are committed to delivering high-quality childcare and education while positively impacting future generations. Her leadership is defined by a strong emphasis on collaboration, excellence, and a deep commitment to fostering a culture of trust, respect, and continuous learning. 

Roxsanne is responsible for driving the strategic growth and development of Star Bright, leveraging her expertise in team building, organizational effectiveness, and strategic planning to unlock new opportunities for growth.
